Daniel Novak

Daniel Novak is the co-founder and CEO of Crickstart, a company that makes food products with Canadian farmed crickets.

Daniel is a 2012 McGill grad - he split his time there between finance, accounting and political science and went on to work in Corporate & Investment Banking for National Bank Financial Markets in Montreal for 3 years. He left in late 2015 and started his company shortly after. Daniel has a passion for nutrition and sustainability and believes that insects can play an important role in the global food supply - and that's what he's here to talk to us about.

Daniel Novak est co-fondateur et PDG de Crickstart, une entreprise qui fait des produits alimentaires à base de grillons de ferme Canadienne.

Daniel a gradué en 2012 de McGill après des études en finance, comptabilité et sciences politiques et a ensuite travaillé en financement des grandes entreprises à la Financière Banque Nationale pour trois ans. Il a quitté en 2015 et a commencé sa compagnie peu après. Daniel a une passion pour la nutrition et le développement durable et il croit que les insects peuvent jouer un role important dans système alimentaire mondial - et c'est d'ailleurs le sujet dont il va nous parler.
